Translucence

Dr. Thompson, the lead professor of the Ball State Music Media Production program, asked me to join a group of composers for a documentary project happening on campus. None other than David Letterman had reached out to his alma mater hoping to create a cell phone entirely out of glass at the Marilyn K. Glick Center for Glass. He also wanted an entire team of students to write, direct, score, and eventually release a documentary about the process. I composed this piece for a string quintet that will be featured in the finale of the documentary later this year.
